Strategische Kooperation: EFA und IFA bündeln Kräfte für die europäische und weltweite Faustballförderung

Die European Fistball Association (EFA) und die International Fistball Association (IFA) vertiefen ihre Partnerschaft und gehen eine zukunftsweisende strategische Kooperation ein. Mit der Unterzeichnung eines Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) bündeln die beiden Dachverbände ihre Kompetenzen, Netzwerke und Ressourcen, um gemeinsam Fördermittel zu erschließen und die Entwicklung des Faustballsports auf europäischer und globaler Ebene nachhaltig voranzutreiben.

Durch diese enge Allianz nutzen EFA und IFA gemeinsame Synergien bei der Konzeption, Beantragung und Realisierung von Förderprojekten. In partnerschaftlicher Abstimmung bringen beide Verbände ihre jeweiligen institutionellen Stärken ein, um Förderinstitutionen als verlässliche, transparente und schlagkräftige Partner gegenüberzutreten.

Die gemeinsame Förderinitiative deckt ein breites Spektrum an Aktivitäten ab: von der gezielten Nachwuchsförderung über Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebote für Trainerinnen und Trainer bis hin zu gesellschaftlich wirksamen Projekten im Bereich «Sport for Development».

Alle im Rahmen dieser Kooperation akquirierten Mittel fließen zweckgebunden direkt in die gemeinsamen Programme. Beide Verbände unterstreichen dabei ihr klares Bekenntnis zu höchsten Transparenz- und Compliance-Standards. Die Vereinbarung wurde auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen und bildet das Fundament für eine langfristige, koordinierte Weiterentwicklung des Faustballsports.

The European Fistball Association (EFA) and the International Fistball Association (IFA) are deepening their partnership and entering into a forward-looking strategic cooperation. By signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the two governing bodies are combining their expertise, networks and resources in order to jointly access funding opportunities and sustainably advance the development of fistball at both European and global level.

Through this close alliance, EFA and IFA will make use of shared synergies in the development, application and implementation of funded projects. In close coordination, both organisations will contribute their respective institutional strengths in order to present themselves to funding bodies as reliable, transparent and effective partners.

The joint funding initiative covers a broad range of activities: from targeted youth development and education and training programmes for coaches to socially impactful projects in the field of “Sport for Development”.

All funds acquired within the framework of this cooperation will be used exclusively and directly for the joint programmes. Both organisations underline their clear commitment to the highest standards of transparency and compliance. The agreement has been concluded for an indefinite period and provides the foundation for the long-term, coordinated development of fistball.
